Wesak Day Celebration 2007

The Wesak Day celebrations at Karma Norbuling Buddhist Centre was led by Mr. Phang, the Chairman with the effort of all the committee members and devotees. It started on the evening of 30^th April at 8.30 p.m.

The event of the night started with chanting and procession within the Centre thereafter some refreshments were prepared for all everyone.

On the morning of Wesak Day, there was a release life programme organised by the Committee Members for everyone who wish to contribute to this auspicious day.

A float was well decorated to participate in the procession organised by Bukit Mertajam Buddhist Centre. There were many devotees and committee members who took part in the procession.

All these events marked a memorable day for Karma Norbuling Buddhist Centre, Alma. Even though they were organised in a small scale due to the absence of our Resident Master, who is still away for retreat but everyone displayed tolerance and appreciation throughout the period
